Directly impact technical quality and product evolution São Paulo, SP Junior About the Role: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build robust and scalable solutions, with strong emphasis on Python backend and modern React frontend. This person will actively contribute to API development, integration with external services, creation of rich interfaces, and collaboration within agile squads—directly impacting technical quality and product evolution. Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) ✔ Create and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating external services ✔ Develop rich, responsive interfaces using React and TypeScript ✔ Apply modular architecture and reusable components on the frontend ✔ Work with relational and non-relational databases ✔ Participate in agile squads (Scrum and Kanban), contributing to code reviews and pair programming ✔ Write automated tests and collaborate on technical documentation Requirements: ✔ Experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) ✔ Experience with TypeScript and frontend frameworks/libraries such as React (or Angular) ✔ Knowledge of designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs ✔ Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQLite databases ✔ Experience with automated testing (Pytest, Jest) and TDD practices ✔ Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines ✔ Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, EC2) or Firebase ✔ Knowledge of JWT authentication, WebSockets, and security best practices Nice-to-Have: ➕ Strong analytical ability and problem-solving focus ➕ Clear communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams ➕ Commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation ➕ Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making capability ➕ Good time management and adaptability to dynamic environments Work Model: Hybrid, with preference for candidates located in São Paulo or Blumenau, and availability to attend the office.
