Monitoring team performance and development Job Description: * Manage the team to ensure adherence to the production program while meeting quality requirements and safety standards. * Handle people management activities, including performance monitoring, development, vacations, absenteeism, promotions, multi-skilling, and new hires. * Monitor shift activities, interfacing with planning and maintenance departments, issuing work orders and reallocating resources as needed. * Other responsibilities inherent to the role.
