Job Summary: Manage the production team to ensure compliance with the production program, quality, and safety requirements, and handle human resources-related matters. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring team performance and development Job Description: * Manage the team to ensure adherence to the production program while meeting quality requirements and safety standards. * Handle people management activities, including performance monitoring, development, vacations, absenteeism, promotions, multi-skilling, and new hires. * Monitor shift activities, interfacing with planning and maintenance departments, issuing work orders and reallocating resources as needed. * Other responsibilities inherent to the role. Requirements: * Completed elementary education. * Experience in production processes. * Availability to work rotating shifts, to be defined as follows: 1st shift \- 6:00 AM to 2:15 PM 2nd shift \- 2:15 PM to 10:15 PM * Employment type: Full-time, CLT, On-site Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.400,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher
