Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Energy Management Analyst to support clients in the electricity sector by analyzing consumption data and monitoring the market for strategic decision-making. We are looking for a **Junior Energy Management Analyst** to strengthen our team and directly engage in **client management and service**. You will be responsible for tracking contracts, organizing information, analyzing consumption data, and supporting studies that help our clients gain greater clarity and confidence in their energy strategy. If you are analytical, curious, enjoy problem-solving, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic, technical, and results-oriented environment — **this opportunity is for you**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Support portfolio managers**, contributing to the production of studies, analyses, and reports that help our clients make more strategic decisions; * **Monitor factors influencing energy price formation**, tracking short-, medium-, and long-term trends and projections to anticipate market movements; * **Produce and interpret reports on key electricity sector indicators** — such as inflow, reservoir storage levels, and the Free Market Price (PLD) — transforming complex data into clear insights; * **Analyze energy performance of consumers**, evaluating costs, savings generated, and optimization opportunities that deliver tangible business value; * **Prepare sectoral cost reports from the CCEE** for consumers, generators, and self-producers, ensuring a comprehensive view of regulatory and financial impacts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus); * Strategic and analytical process vision; * Programming knowledge is a plus; * Advanced English and/or Spanish is a plus. **Additional Information** Company-subsidized health plan (no co-payment); Life insurance; Meal voucher; Food allowance; Transportation voucher; Emphasis on health and well-being | running and/or cycling group (EQ Performance); Wellhub; * Hybrid work model.
