Decision Scientists are analytical individuals who can navigate all stages: identifying problems, formulating hypotheses, structuring solutions, and translating numbers into decisions that directly impact multiple business areas. Within the profitability structure, our role is to identify the most efficient and scalable path toward achieving our goals and ensuring isaac’s financial sustainability. Within the portfolio team, we are responsible for measuring and forecasting the risk of our portfolio, breaking down the results of our analyses into tangible targets and clear insights for other profitability teams. Our routine includes building various reports for isaac and Arco senior leadership about our business, delivering learnings and perspectives on our profitability. **Join us?** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Identify and structure a problem; * Formulate hypotheses; * Analyze data to validate hypotheses and ground decision-making; * Make decisions with calculated risks; * Formulate business policies; * Monitor experiments, implementation, and outcomes; * Critically assess numbers and decisions, acting as a guardian of a data-driven decision culture; * Communicate your findings to leadership and support various business areas in strategic decision-making; * Work daily across a diversity of topics and with people from diverse backgrounds. **To participate in our process, you must have:** * We do not require a specific academic background or field of study.
