To support this mission, Syngenta’s Recruitment Team is seeking a Junior Commercial Intelligence Analyst in São Paulo/SP. **Responsibilities:** * Design and optimize data automation workflows using Alteryx. * Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring integrity of the ETL layer. * Perform complex queries, data modeling, and database optimization in SQL. * Ensure data governance: quality, standardization, documentation, and maintenance of existing databases. * Support the commercial team with ad\-hoc analyses and data investigations. * Integrate data across different systems and sources, ensuring information consistency. * Collaborate on projects with IT, business units, and departments, contributing data expertise. * Propose continuous improvements to analytical processes and solutions. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields. **Experience / Preferences:** * Experience in similar roles (BI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data). * Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS Redshift, Azure SQL, or Google BigQuery). * Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas/SQLAlchemy). **Soft Skills:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Intellectual curiosity to learn new technologies. * Strong communication skills to understand business users’ needs. **Additional Information** Syngenta is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, or any other employment practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status. **Continue your development at a leading company that brings plant potential to life**
