Soar higher with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Check out the main tasks for this position:** * Provide courteous and empathetic service to travel agents; * Offer negotiations using airline portals, GDS systems, and internal company tools such as maisFLY, APPS, and others; * Act as an intermediary between airlines and travel agencies in the international segment, while finalizing services and sales to travel agencies; * Negotiate fares with a focus on competitiveness and sales retention against online platforms and direct competitors; * Request additional services, such as seat assignments, meals, and other special services; * Monitor and request flight reservations via the systems provided by the company, applying procedures, guidelines, and best practices focused on profitability, cost reduction, and sales growth; * Use the maisFLY portal and Wiki to consult and monitor airline policies and conditions; * Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and agility in sales and customer service processes; * Collaborate with the team, maintaining alignment and commitment to customers' needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Liked it?!
