This role involves performing technical activities that guarantee system reliability and contribute to company productivity, promoting innovation and continuous improvement in the workplace. ### **Responsibilities** * Install, maintain, and calibrate measurement and control instruments, ensuring they operate within established specifications to optimize operational performance. * Diagnose and resolve failures in instrumentation systems using appropriate tools and techniques, with daily analysis and review of processes. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement solutions meeting technical and operational requirements, fostering collaborative work in a multidisciplinary environment. * Supervise and guide junior-level professionals’ tasks, providing problem-solving support and sharing technical knowledge to develop the team. * Assess the need for updates and training on new systems and technologies, contributing to continuous improvement and implementation of best practices. ### **Qualifications** * In-depth knowledge of industrial instrumentation and automation, with the ability to solve complex technical problems and guide teams in challenging situations. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach and focus on operational improvements. * Clear and effective communication, both internally and externally, to ensure correct implementation of solutions and guidance. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. ### **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. ### **Professional Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in instrumentation roles within industrial environments. * Prior experience in automation projects will be considered an advantage. ### **Technical Knowledge and Skills** * Practical knowledge of instrumentation systems, including sensors, controllers, and actuators. * Familiarity with technical standards and regulations applicable to instrumentation and automation. * Proficiency in automation software and diagnostic tools for instrument performance analysis. **Location****Employment Model****Work Model** São José dos Campos, SP, BR Permanent CLT On-site
