With the power of many curious minds, we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and make an even greater impact together. **Job Description: Senior Automation Engineer** **Location: Barcarena/PA** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with national/international standards, HSE policies, and specification standardization; review and approve technical documentation. * Lead engineering teams and guide designers in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation disciplines, ensuring technical integration and alignment with scope and client requirements. * Record changes in the change management system, prepare technical requisitions, and structure documentation for commissioning and project milestone approvals. * Serve as the liaison between engineering, designers, and suppliers; participate in meetings and provide weekly/monthly progress reports. * Define realistic schedules, monitor risks and mitigation actions; track deliveries, measurements, and implementation phases to ensure timely delivery and quality. **Requirements and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering; * Experience in Engineering Development and Project Implementation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; * Knowledge of Microsoft Project is desirable; * Good written and spoken English communication skills are desirable; Why Choose Arcadis?
