Job Summary: Develop, maintain, and scale platform features with a focus on performance, robustness, and quality, using Elixir and collaborating on ReactJS + TypeScript. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with product, data, design, and SRE teams. \#**What You'll Do** -------------------------- * Develop, maintain, and scale features of our platform, focusing on **performance, robustness, and quality**. * Work with **Elixir** (Phoenix, Broadway, Oban, LiveView, etc.) and collaborate with peers on **ReactJS \+ TypeScript**. * Actively participate in code and architecture reviews, ensuring consistency and technical evolution of the stack. * Investigate and resolve bottlenecks related to **performance, reliability, and scalability**, especially in high-volume data and event scenarios. * Support peers and help foster a strong engineering culture focused on excellence and quality. * Collaborate with product, data, design, and SRE teams to co-create solutions that directly impact our customers' operations. * Exercise autonomy in making day-to-day technical decisions, with a focus on delivering value. \#**Qualifications We Seek:** --------------------------------- * Experience in software development. * Experience developing with Elixir. * Proven experience building scalable, highly available applications using Elixir. * Understanding of functional programming principles and software design patterns. * Experience with PostgreSQL databases. * Experience developing REST/GraphQL APIs. * Experience with Docker and Linux. * Technical English. \#**Nice-to-Haves:** ------------------- * Experience and knowledge of React with TypeScript. * Experience and knowledge of cloud services. * Experience and knowledge of CI/CD services. * Experience with messaging systems. **Benefits of Joining Infleet** * Collaborative and flexible work environment * Birthday Day Off * Gympass * Meal Allowance (via Caju card): R$1000.00 * Remote Work Allowance (via Caju card): R$150.00 * Health and Dental Insurance (100% covered by Infleet)
