Job Summary: Professional to perform incident analysis and resolution, dashboard monitoring, and participation in Warrooms, focused on operational system support. Key Highlights: 1. Incident analysis and resolution 2. Monitoring and dashboard creation 3. Participation in crisis rooms (Warrooms) #### **Responsibilities** * Monitor incident queues, perform initial analysis, and implement fixes or escalate to N3\. * Build and monitor operational dashboards, create KPIs, and document support processes. * Participate in crisis rooms (Warrooms) and provide operational support for palliative workflows. * Analyze logs in Dynatrace, Kibana, and Datadog to identify and resolve issues. #### **Requirements** * Java knowledge for incident analysis and resolution. * Experience with databases for data manipulation and analysis. * Experience with Dynatrace, Kibana, and Datadog for log analysis and monitoring. #### **Skills** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective Warroom collaboration. * Analytical capability for incident diagnosis and resolution. * Nice-to-have: Scripting tools knowledge (e.g., UC4\) and ServiceNow. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, TotalPass ### **Department:** Corp
