As a **Senior Full Stack Developer**, you will join a team of over 80 professionals and contribute to developing scalable and resilient solutions primarily using **PHP**, while expanding your knowledge and application of **Golang**. Our technology team is responsible for fulfilling the needs and desires of our customers and market partners! This opportunity is fully remote, under CLT employment regime, with a 40-hour weekly schedule. **Join us in helping companies manage their businesses simply and intelligently through technology!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Designing and building evolutionary and resilient solutions; * Monitoring and managing technical debt of solutions; * Actively participating in strategy discussions with the product/business team; * Creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed code; * Managing platform obsolescence levels; * Collaborating with other team members; * Acting as a mentor for junior and intermediate software engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth; * Pursuing continuous improvement of the technologies and solutions used, monitoring application and system performance to ensure agility and efficiency; * Promoting a culture of code review, DevOps, and secure development; * Participating in all phases of high-criticality system design, analyzing requirements, proposing new solutions that add value to both technical and business areas, and aiming for product improvements; * Ensuring code quality and observability of business and system metrics; * Establishing routines for unit and automated testing of developed products; * Providing L3 technical support. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Excel in This Role, You’ll Need:** * Experience developing web software using languages such as Golang and related frameworks; * Experience developing web software using languages such as PHP and related frameworks; * Proficiency in code versioning via GitLab/GitHub; * Experience applying best practices: SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB); * Experience with key-value databases such as Redis; * Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and front-end frameworks; * Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging, and event-oriented systems (Kafka, AMQ, SQS, SNS, etc.); * Knowledge of automated testing, unit testing, and secure development concepts; * Technical English; * Experience with monitoring and observability (APM, logs, metrics, tracing); * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc.); * Knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design); * Experience with microservices architecture; **Bonus Points If You Also Have:** * Experience with highly complex and large-scale systems; * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform; * Experience with cloud solutions (AWS); * Ability to support technical decision-making (scalability, performance, trade-offs); * Basic Spanish proficiency. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance or food allowance; Childcare assistance; Remote work allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Birthday day off; Life insurance; Wellhub; Férias&Co (travel benefit); Zenklub (psychotherapy/nutritional counseling); 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; Flexible working hours; Education assistance and language learning support; Join us in helping companies manage their businesses simply and intelligently through technology!
