Then we’re looking for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and evolve full-stack web applications, working on both back\-end and front\-end; * Implement RESTful APIs following architectural best practices, security, and performance; * Participate in the complete development lifecycle: requirements gathering, technical analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance; * Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, applying SOLID principles, Clean Code, and design patterns; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Design, QA, and DevOps) using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Identify opportunities for technical improvement, refactoring, and optimization of legacy systems; * Support investigation and resolution of production incidents; * Document solutions, integrations, and technical workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Expected Knowledge and Experience:** * Full-stack development experience; * Proficiency in C\# .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Web technologies (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, VueJS); * Knowledge of REST APIs; * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data modeling; * Source code versioning with Git (Azure DevOps); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and problem-solving aptitude. **Nice-to-Have (Desirable):** * Experience with microservices architecture, messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS); * Experience with containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines; * **Knowledge of AI-assisted development using Claude \+ MCP (Model Context Protocol) and multi-agent systems with structured development plans** — will be considered a strong differentiator; * Experience with DevOps practices and observability (logs, metrics, tracing). **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields — completed or currently pursued. **Behavioral Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication; * Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus; * Collaborative and team-oriented mindset; * Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills; * Openness to continuous learning and knowledge sharing. **Additional Information** **What does Aliare offer?!** An integrated and prepared team ready to face new challenges, operating with credibility and transparency, aiming for continuous evolution to facilitate the work of those who feed the world.
