We are looking for a **Chief Python Engineer (AI Enablement Platform)** to lead the design and governance of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) within our AI Enablement Platform. You will enable secure connectivity between LLM\-based applications, agents, enterprise tools, and internal systems across the organization. Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant MCP integrations in Azure and apply today
**Responsibilities**
* Architect scalable, secure MCP server designs across enterprise systems, including SharePoint, internal knowledge bases and APIs
* Define context\-orchestration patterns for agent\-based and LLM\-driven applications
* Set governance practices, access control and security standards for data exposure and tools
* Collaborate with AI engineers, cloud and DevOps teams to ensure production readiness
* Optimize performance, cost and observability for MCP integrations in Azure environments
* Drive best practices for agent\-tool orchestration and structured context management
**Requirements**
* 7\+ years of experience in Gen AI application development, Python programming and data solution architecture
* Deep understanding of LLM architectures and agent frameworks
* Solid background in designing secure API layers and enterprise integrations
* Hands\-on proficiency with cloud\-native systems, especially Azure
* English proficiency at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level or higher

* Advanced expertise in agentic workflows and Databricks
