Experience working in highly regulated environments, particularly in the financial sector. . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure DevSecOps, security, observability, and FinOps practices comply with applicable Central Bank regulations governing the fintech’s operations; * Support risk, compliance, and audit teams in interpreting and implementing technical regulatory requirements; * Design and maintain monitoring, metrics, and distributed tracing solutions; * Build and evolve dashboards, alerts, and reliability indicators (SLOs, SLAs, and SLIs); * Implement instrumentation standards using OpenTelemetry; * Integrate logs, metrics, and traces for proactive incident detection; * Support teams in application and infrastructure performance analysis and advanced troubleshooting; * Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs (Azure or GCP); * Create reports, define tagging standards, and support cost governance; * Propose architectural improvements focused on financial efficiency; * Implement anomaly alerts and resource consumption projections; * Support squads in making cost-driven decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with DevSecOps practices, automation, and security culture in development environments; * Experience with observability, including monitoring, metrics, logs, and distributed tracing; * Experience with application instrumentation and tools such as OpenTelemetry; * Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP); * Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization; * Experience with troubleshooting and performance analysis of distributed systems; * Experience building dashboards, alerts, and reliability indicators (SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs); * Prior experience at companies supervised by the Central Bank; * Familiarity with Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) regulations applicable to fintechs; * Experience in highly regulated environments or the financial sector.
