If you are a hands\-on professional with a mindset focused on **processes, KPIs, and compliance**, and wish to lead an HR Department that delivers accurately and on time, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * **HR Department Management:** Ensure execution of all legal and operational payroll processes, hiring, vacations, terminations, electronic timekeeping, social charges, benefits, campaigns and incentives, and ancillary obligations, guaranteeing compliance with current legislation and established deadlines. * **KPI Monitoring:** Monitor and report HR metrics (budget, headcount, personnel costs, overtime, vacations, etc.), analyze trends, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * **Process and Compliance Management:** Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements, and arbitration awards; maintain updated internal policies and system records. * **Payroll Closing:** Supervise payroll closing stages, ensuring data consistency, correct system configuration, and validation of payment information. * **Internal Department Liaison:** Support internal and external audits by providing accurate information and documentation; serve as the technical liaison between HR, Finance/Controller, and Labor Legal departments. * **Benefits Management:** Ensure control and maintenance of corporate benefits (health plans, meal allowances, transportation, pension plans, etc.), monitoring usage metrics, costs, and employee satisfaction. * **Team Management:** Coordinate the HR team, fostering engagement, technical development, and a collaborative environment; plan succession and ensure alignment with organizational goals. * **Strategic Support:** Provide data and analysis to support executive decisions regarding staffing structure, HR budgeting, and compensation policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field * Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred * SAP system * Microsoft Office suite * Datasul system **Additional Information** * Location: 100% in\-person at Ipiranga neighborhood/SP. * On\-site meals. * Transportation allowance. * Totalpass. * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Childcare allowance * Meal voucher * Profit\-sharing program (PLR) For over 100 years, Linhas Corrente has been manufacturing textile solutions for industry and inspiring creativity through craftsmanship — one of the world’s oldest and most traditional companies.
