Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE to enhance our AWS-based Kubernetes platform, with emphasis on networking, CI/CD, observability, and automation for performance, security, and reliability. Opportunity to work with GitOps, Kong Gateway, Karpenter, and KEDA We are looking for a Senior DevOps/SRE to work on an AWS platform, focusing on networking and Kubernetes architecture. You will be responsible for evolving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure automation, ensuring performance, security, and reliability of the environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Operate and evolve the AWS platform (with focus on networking and Kubernetes architecture); * Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring availability, performance, and security; * Apply GitOps using ArgoCD for deployments and release standardization; * Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, including migration of Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions; * Work with Kong Gateway in mesh models, defining policies and traffic flows; * Implement and fine-tune scalability strategies using Karpenter and KEDA; * Automate infrastructure provisioning and standards using IaC (Terraform) whenever necessary. Desired Experience: * SRE/DevOps experience in distributed environments and mission-critical systems; * Hands-on experience with incident management, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications (tech stack): * Strong AWS experience (especially networking and architecture for Kubernetes workloads); * Deep Kubernetes knowledge (core concepts, networking, resources, and troubleshooting); * Practical experience with ArgoCD (GitOps) for deployments and configurations; * Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and pipeline migration (from Jenkins); * Hands-on experience with Kong Gateway and integrations in mesh models; * Knowledge of scalability using Karpenter and KEDA; * Terraform and IaC (even if not the primary focus, it is a plus); * Git, DevOps/SRE culture, and automation.
