Summary: This role focuses on optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on reliability and automation. Architect and implement robust, scalable cloud solutions autonomously \#**Responsibilities** ====================== * Continuously monitor **cloud cost allocation** and implement **cost\-optimization strategies**. * Optimize **PostgreSQL performance** and analyze workloads to improve database efficiency. * Maintain and evolve **managed Kubernetes**, ensuring high availability and scalability. * Administer databases, especially **Postgres**, ensuring security and performance. * Implement and maintain **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using **Terraform**. * Design and maintain **disaster recovery plans and backup strategies**. * Participate in **on\-call rotations** and lead post\-mortem analysis after incidents. * Enforce **security policies** (IAM roles, least privilege, secrets management). * Implement **automated compliance checks** (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, AWS/Azure Well\-Architected Framework). * Define and implement observability best practices using tools like **Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog**. * Establish **SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and SLIs (Service Level Indicators)** to measure service performance. * Optimize and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** using tools like **GitHub Actions** * Implement **progressive delivery strategies** (e.g., Canary Releases, Blue\-Green Deployments). \#**Requirements** ================== \#**Knowledge** --------------- * **Cloud Expertise:** Deep hands\-on experience with **Azure and AWS**, including their networking, security, and cost management best practices. * **Event\-Driven Architectures:** Familiarity with **Kafka/Redpanda, Kinesis Firehose**, and distributed messaging patterns. * Experience with **Kubernetes, Postgres, Lambda Functions, and Data Lakes**. * Ability to create and manage **monitoring and alert systems**. \#**Soft\-skills** ------------------ * **Ownership \& Autonomy:** Ability to make architectural decisions and drive initiatives **without micromanagement**. * **Incident Management \& Post\-Mortems:** Experience leading **incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and on\-call rotations**. * **Continuous Improvement Mentality:** Passion for **optimizing reliability, performance, and security** in cloud\-native environments. * **Language\-agnostic mindset**, but comfortable writing scripts and automations \#**Nice\-to\-have** ==================== * **ISO 27001 Implementation Experience:** Hands\-on involvement in **security audits, risk assessments, and compliance automation**. * **Multi\-Cloud \& Hybrid Deployments:** Experience designing solutions across **Azure and AWS** * **AI/ML in Ops:** Exposure to **AI\-driven observability, anomaly detection, or automated incident response systems**. ### **Benefícios de ser Infleet** * Ambiente colaborativo e flexível * Day Off no mês de seu aniversário * Gympass * Auxílio Alimentação (No cartão caju) R$1000,00 * Auxílio no home office (No cartão caju) R$150,00 * Plano de Saúde e Odontológico (100% custeados pela Infleet)
