




Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in kitchen operations, including pre-preparation, hygiene, and organization, ensuring recipe quality and confidentiality. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of cutting and cooking techniques **Main Responsibilities:** * Adhere to cohabitation rules, respecting kitchen hierarchy and internal regulations; * Perform cutting and washing of products required for order cooking; * Organize kitchen materials and ingredients; * Assist in pre\-preparation and hygiene of ingredients (cutting, thawing, cooking, portioning, general kitchen mise en place); * Assist in preparation and plating of appetizers, main dishes, and desserts; * Ensure the kitchen area is organized and clean, in accordance with food handling good practices; * Maintain confidentiality of recipes and technical sheets detailing house dish preparation methods; * Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management; * Assist in ingredient counting for inventory management; * Promote product hygiene in compliance with health surveillance regulations. **Technical Competencies:** * Operation of kitchen equipment; * Basic knowledge of dish plating; * Fundamental knowledge of cutting and cooking techniques.
