This person will be responsible for creating digital and printed materials, directly contributing to campaigns, institutional communication, and strengthening the Group’s visual identity. For **36 years**, we have empowered entrepreneurs to consolidate their **market positioning**, through strategic management and intelligent use of marketing tools. **Responsibilities:** * Support creation of graphic assets for online and offline channels; * Develop materials for social media, presentations, banners, and institutional communications; * Accurately apply the brand’s visual identity across all deliverables; * Make adjustments and corrections based on feedback; * Research design references and trends to support creative development; * Organize files and materials in shared folders; * Update the task management system to track deliveries; * Ensure visual quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines; **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; * Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; * Experience or practical exposure in graphic or digital design; **Additional information:** CLT employment regime.
