Collaborative, agile environment with strong encouragement for technical growth. **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties:** We seek a Senior Python/AI Developer with experience in Agents, LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG architectures. The professional will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable intelligent solutions, integrating AI models into corporate systems. **Responsibilities** * Develop solutions using LLMs and intelligent agents in Python. * Orchestrate AI workflows using LangGraph and/or LangChain. * Design and implement RAG architectures (chunking, embeddings, vectors, and retrieval). * Build structured data processing and extraction pipelines. * Integrate AI solutions with APIs and existing systems. * Participate in architectural design with considerations for scalability, performance, and cost. * Promote technical best practices and support strategic project decisions. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Solid experience with Python applied to AI. * Practical experience with Agents, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks. * Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. * Knowledge of REST API integration and service-oriented architecture. * Experience building AI pipelines and data processing. * Architectural vision and ability to operate in complex environments. **Nice-to-have** Experience deploying AI applications in production. Knowledge of observability and LLM evaluation. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). **What we expect from you:** Senior profile with technical autonomy, critical thinking, and a drive to build innovative AI solutions. **Additional information** **Important:** Contract type: PJ (Hourly rate). Working hours: 8 hours per day (average of 168 hours per month). Work model: 100% remote. Paid leave: 15 days after 12 months of contract.
