Job Description: **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday: 1:40 PM to 9:20 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to tickets via email and chatbot, ensuring efficient and agile technical support. * Analyze and resolve technical tickets, identifying root causes and applying appropriate solutions. * Document resolutions and respond to customers with clear and accurate information. **Required Knowledge:** * Familiarity with programming languages **C**, **C++**, and **Python** is desirable. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and *datasheets*. * Knowledge of **embedded systems** and **hardware devices**. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for reading technical materials. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Practical experience in **image recognition algorithm development** and **hardware optimization (deployment)**. * Experience with **microcontrollers** and **sensors**. * Basic knowledge of **IoT** and **automotive systems**.
