This professional must already be capable of understanding code written by other developers and, where possible, enhancing it, as well as creating new routines to meet business rules. To succeed, the Mid-Level Developer must be meticulous and methodical, adhering strictly to all activity requirements while striving to produce clear, easily understandable, and maintainable code.
