We’re looking for a **Full Stack Developer - Mid Level**, technically solid, curious, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. You’ll work in a mission-critical environment, tackling real-world scalability, performance, and cross-country integration challenges across Latin America. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Develop and maintain backend and frontend features on the Auvo platform. * Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions. * Participate in constructive code reviews, both receiving and providing feedback to support team growth. * Help identify performance bottlenecks and propose and implement improvements. * Build integrations via REST and collaborate on maintaining GraphQL and gRPC APIs. * Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the platform’s microservices architecture. * Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, applying best practices in refactoring. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **What you need:** * **Backend:** Strong expertise in .NET / C\#, Java, or Golang as your primary language. * **Frontend:** Practical experience with React or Vue.js. * **Messaging:** Experience with at least one messaging tool (RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS) and understanding of concepts such as queues and retries. * **Databases:** Solid knowledge of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and query optimization principles.
