Job Summary: Support product development squads in data modeling and DevOps environments, ensuring high availability and timely release delivery, administering data and routines, and monitoring critical environments. Environment monitoring and continuous integration Description: Provide support to product development squads on matters related to data modeling and DevOps environments, aiming to ensure high availability of test environments and timely product release delivery within their operational scope. Responsibilities and Duties * Execute and maintain data administration and environment routine operations by utilizing relevant tools and procedures, adhering to team deadlines and priorities; * Support customers in highly complex situations via TOTVS channels, clarifying doubts and recording suggestions and incidents; * Perform ticket triage for internally reported tickets by classifying or categorizing them as needed, based on ticket type or service status; * Create and update team documentation in TDN regarding changes to environment routines, data dictionaries, or release delivery; * Monitor environments and continuous integration, ensuring the availability of critical environments. * Drive improvement initiatives through active participation in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives); * Contribute both to achieving individual performance metrics (productivity, satisfaction surveys, etc.) and to the team’s overall goals and results; * Identify issues in DevOps environments, continuous integration, and databases, implementing appropriate solutions; * Promote continuous improvement processes by leveraging expertise and experience to identify problems and develop solutions; Guide junior analysts on DevOps best practices to ensure environment sustainability. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in designing large-scale systems; knowledge of Linux systems, TCP/IP, and networking. * Experience with cloud providers AWS or Google Cloud. * Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, NAT, Load\-Balancers). * Infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). * CI/CD using Bamboo, Nexus, Sonar, and GIT/Azure DevOps, including deployment strategies such as Canary. * Implementation and maintenance of Prometheus and Grafana. * Writing infrastructure automation code using Terraform and shell scripts. * Familiarity with databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Couchbase) 2512100202181370646
