Profile Description Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data to deliver strategic insights supporting decision-making and continuous improvement of management processes. Develop, maintain, and automate project, budget, and squad management tools to ensure effective control of KPIs, budgets, and team capacity. Maintain a critical and proactive perspective to identify opportunities for internal process enhancement and automation, contributing to innovation in project and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data to generate insights supporting decision-making and process control; Develop, maintain, and automate project, budget, and squad management tools using Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, APIs, and Power Automate; Maintain existing solutions by implementing fixes, adjustments, and updates to internal systems and forms; Create and update dashboards and KPIs to monitor agile progress, deliveries, budget, and performance indicators; Integrate internal systems via APIs and implement automations to optimize productivity and efficiency; Provide technical support to users and leaders, addressing questions, bugs, and minor improvement requests reported by squads; Participate in alignment meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements, present automation solutions, and ensure adherence to strategic objectives; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Service Creation processes and project management, driving evolution of internal processes and tools; Ensure monitoring and tracking of project KPIs, budgets, team capacity, and portfolio.
