If you are a committed professional ready to take on a new challenge, **join us and become part of our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assemble import, nationalization, and export processes and manage their progression at the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB) until their effective release by the **RFB**; * Submit processes to **authorizing agencies**, and monitor petitions; * Conduct **physical cargo verification** for shipments flagged in **red**, **yellow**, **gray**, and **green channels**, together with the **Brazilian Federal Revenue Service**, the **Ministry of Health**, and/or the **Ministry of Agriculture**, as well as with on-duty inspectors during special hours across the following areas of Infraero (Aeroportos Brasil S/A): loading docks, receiving areas, refrigerated zones, CAC, 8L, and other restricted areas; * Collect **HAWBs** from freight agents; * Retrieve cargo for transportation from warehouses; * Generate and issue **ICMS/GARE** via the **SEFAZ** system; * Verify and control payments of **ICMS** and **DARF**; * Pay taxes; * Issue invoices and handle billing; * Update import process information in the system; * Formalize special and atypical regime processes with the **Brazilian Federal Revenue Service**; * Register customs clearances; * Retrieve cargo from import and export warehouses. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed **high school education**; * Official **Customs Broker Assistant Registration Notice** (**active registration**). **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Birthday day off for monthly celebrants; * Partnership with SESC; * Partnerships with language schools and universities.
