Team management in accordance with Michelin guidelines REPORTING, COSTS AND ASSETS COORDINATOR \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS •All deliverables specified in the requirements document are delivered within the Quality/Cost/Time framework. •Project methodology (standard and Michelin) is followed (project sheet, milestone checklist, governance, budgetary protocol, etc.). •Project team management is conducted in line with the Michelin Manager Guide and the Cross-functional Management Operating Mode (cf MOP\_0405\_DGP). •Change management is implemented and delivers the expected results.
