Description

We are looking for a \*\*Logistics Operator III\*\* to work at our Distribution Center in Espírito Santo. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of logistics processes, performing senior-level operations related to goods receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. **Responsibilities and duties** \- Execute and supervise activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and shipping of goods \- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker trucks) \- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the work area \- Support leadership in monitoring operational KPIs \- Identify and report inventory discrepancies \- Comply with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures \- Guide less experienced operators in daily routines \- Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes **Requirements and qualifications** \- Completed high school education \- Proven experience in logistics operations (receiving, picking, shipping) \- Knowledge of WMS systems (desirable) \- Forklift operator license (a plus) \- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in teams \- Availability for the following shift: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00 / Fri 08:00–17:00 **Additional information** \- Medical assistance \- Dental assistance \- Transportation allowance \- Cafeteria \- Payroll-deductible loan \- Pharmacy partnership \- Life insurance \- Aramis product discounts \- Meal/food allowance We are driven by passion, attitude, and authentic care.
