We are seeking a **Senior Project Coordinator** who wants to grow with Vertigo! **\#GoVertigo** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **Management and Coordination of R\&D Projects** * Coordinate technical-operational monitoring of the six thematic clusters under the Call. * Monitor schedules, deliverables, risks, and performance indicators. * Issue technical opinions on deliverables, progress, and project compliance. * Consolidate integrated analyses across clusters, identifying synergies and gaps. **Technical-Scientific Supervision** * Evaluate results, products, prototypes, and MVPs quarterly. * Verify alignment of solutions with RNP guidelines, research ethics, LGPD, and best practices in Digital Health. * Support change management and technical impact analysis of adjustments requested by implementers. **Interaction with Implementing Institutions** * Plan and conduct follow-up meetings. Draft and consolidate technical progress reports for projects. * Facilitate coordination among research teams, RNP, and other stakeholders. * Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and results presentations. **Support for Technology Transfer and Innovation** * Assess impact, scalability, and maturity of developed solutions. * Support technology transfer actions to RNP, industry, or strategic partners. * Conduct benchmarking research, trend mapping, and analysis of emerging technologies relevant to the scope. **Support for Accountability Process** * Verify documentation compliance, execution, and adherence to physical-financial indicators. * Support systematic evidence collection for accountability reporting to funding agencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed undergraduate and stricto sensu postgraduate degrees (Master’s), preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Degrees in other engineering disciplines or health-related fields with experience in ICT are also acceptable. * Project, program, and R\&D\&I portfolio management; * Knowledge of computer networks and distributed systems and/or experience in related projects; * Knowledge of Digital Health and/or experience in related projects; * Knowledge of software system architecture and/or experience in related projects; * Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and/or experience in related projects; * Experience using web conferencing tools (RNP Webconferencing (mconf), Teams, Zoom, or equivalent); * Experience using collaborative software development platforms (GitHub or equivalent); * Experience using wiki tools (Atlassian Confluence or equivalent); * Fluency in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, and speaking) **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Interoperability in healthcare, RNDS, and clinical data integration standards; * Experience with projects involving telemedicine, digital twins, rare diseases, epidemiology, digital oral health, mHealth, or medical robotics; * Fundamentals of AI applied to healthcare, data pipelines, data governance, data quality, and documentation; * Distributed systems, cloud architectures, and connected health applications; * Experience in negotiations and establishing collaborations or business relationships related to technology and innovation, especially in Digital Health; * Research ethics, informed consent, LGPD, and data governance in healthcare; * Knowledge/familiarity with information and communication systems security; * Experience using ERP systems, preferably Totvs Protheus; * Monitoring of research projects funded by funding agencies or incentive laws; * Accountability reporting for projects to government agencies; * Development of new products and services using agile methodologies; * Knowledge of R\&D\&I project portfolio management; * Agile best practices for managing R\&D projects; and online collaborative whiteboard tools (Miro, Mural, Whiteboard, or equivalent).
