Job Summary: Civil Engineering professional responsible for analyzing, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluating construction projects, interacting with partners and preparing technical reports. Knowledge of technical standards and legislation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Not Informed * Analyze construction projects to assess their technical and financial feasibility; * Prepare construction budgets and schedules, considering required timelines and resources; * Monitor construction progress, verifying adherence to the schedule and service quality; * Conduct measurements and evaluations of completed work, verifying compliance with design documents and technical standards; * Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and other involved departments; * Interact with suppliers, service providers, and other partners involved in construction projects; * Participate in technical meetings and discussions with the engineering team and other involved departments; * Perform other duties related to the position as required by the company. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * **Experience:** Proven experience in construction project analysis and construction monitoring; * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in preparing construction budgets and schedules, conducting measurements and evaluations of completed work, and knowledge of applicable technical standards and legislation; * **Skills:** Strong communication skills, leadership ability, negotiation skills, and problem-solving capability; * **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree in Project Management, familiarity with construction management software, experience in large-scale construction projects. **Benefits:** No benefit specified
