Management of agreements and service quality ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are a financial institution offering an internet banking platform designed to simplify HR, Payroll, and Finance department routines for companies. Our solutions include digital account opening, payroll processing integrated with ERPs, payslip and online time tracking management, internship and corporate insurance, and flexible benefits administration. We seek a Commercial Assistant to provide operational and strategic support to the commercial area, ensuring process organization, system updates, and performance indicator tracking. This position will strongly support the commercial team—especially the Senior Commercial Analyst—and involve direct contact with customers and public entities (municipal and federal), contributing to agreement implementation and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Support the commercial team in monitoring processes, contracts, and departmental routines Update and organize information in CRM Monitor sales dashboards and performance indicators Generate reports and support commercial data analysis Perform registrations and monitor the implementation of new agreements Provide operational support throughout the entire agreement onboarding and offboarding process Manage relationships with customers and public entities (municipal and federal) Clarify inquiries, conduct post-sales activities, and manage requests Directly support the Senior Commercial Analyst in day-to-day tasks ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields Up to 2 years of experience in commercial or administrative roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced level) Familiarity with CRM systems Advantages Experience in the financial sector (banks, finance companies, fintechs) Basic English proficiency ### **BENEFITS** Health Insurance Meal or Food Allowance Transportation Allowance Totalpass ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data and application information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
