Culture of continuous development and professional growth **What We’re Looking For:** =================== We are looking for a senior **AWS** specialist to work on strategic projects with our **(International Fintech)** client, focusing on scalable architecture, security, automation, and optimization of large-scale cloud environments. **Work Mode:** Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite at the client’s office (Av. Paulista, São Paulo, SP) **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Advanced/Fluent English (technical reading, writing, and speaking) * Proven AWS experience covering compute services (EC2, Lambda), storage (S3, EBS, EFS), networking (VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect), security, databases (RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora), analytics, and monitoring * Solid expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – preferably Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation * Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild/CodeDeploy) * Advanced knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell) * Strong hands-on experience in cloud security (IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, VPC peering/endpoints, Security Groups, AWS Organizations, encryption at rest/transit) * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Amazon ECS, EKS or native Kubernetes) * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Amazon CloudWatch, X\-Ray, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or similar) * Strong technical communication skills and ability to collaborate with development, operations, security, and business teams **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance AWS cloud architectures * Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and/or CloudFormation (IaC) * Monitor, optimize performance, costs, and security of cloud environments * Define and implement best practices for authentication, authorization, encryption, and governance * Support development and operations squads in implementing and evolving CI/CD pipelines * Ensure high availability, resilience, disaster recovery, and observability of systems * Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of implemented architectures and solutions * Address critical incidents and drive continuous improvement of cloud environments **Differentiators / Desirables** ============================= * AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect – Professional and/or DevOps Engineer – Professional (or Associate with equivalent strong experience) * Knowledge of multi\-cloud (Azure and/or GCP) * Proven experience with FinOps, cost optimization, and tag governance * Knowledge of Cloud Security & Compliance (CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, PCI\-DSS, LGPD, SOC 2\ frameworks) * Experience with microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven architecture (EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Kafka) * Experience in large-scale, mission-critical environments (high availability, low latency, thousands of transactions per second) **Behavioral Description:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adversarial and innovative** situations.
