Job Summary: Sicredi is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with an Azure focus to lead the evolution of its cloud platform, accelerate infrastructure-as-code adoption, and modernize architectures. We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with an Azure focus to serve as a technical reference in evolving the cloud platform. This role will accelerate infrastructure-as-code adoption, modernize architectures, and strengthen an increasingly resilient, secure, and automated environment. The position directly contributes to the multicloud strategy and the development of large-scale, high-impact solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead architecture and engineering initiatives on the Azure platform. * Evolve Landing Zones, architectural standards, and shared services. * Develop automations using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools. * Support the adoption of Cloud Native solutions. * Implement security, governance, and compliance controls. * Drive cost optimization and FinOps practices. * Collaborate closely with Architecture, Development, Security, and Infrastructure teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Architecture. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with Azure Landing Zones and Governance. * Advanced knowledge of Networking (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, DNS, Load Balancer). * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform required). * Automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python. * Implementation of security, compliance, and observability. * Experience in mission-critical, high-availability environments. * Azure certification (AZ\-104, AZ\-305, or AZ\-500\). **Desirable Differentiators** * Experience in Platform Engineering. * FinOps and cloud cost optimization. * Azure Policy and Policy-as-Code. * Multicloud experience (AWS, OCI, or GCP). * Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments. **Additional Information** At Sicredi, you’ll enjoy: 14th and 15th fixed salaries; Profit Sharing (based on seniority); Health and Dental Plans with no co-payment; Well-being Programs via Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Nutrition, Psychology, Occupational Health, Massage, Running Group, and local gym; Meal and Food Allowance – with flexible % allocation across VA/VR cards, no co-payment; Extended maternity and paternity leave; Childcare or babysitter allowance for children up to 6 years and 11 months; Support for children with disabilities, with no age limit; Life insurance; Private pension plan up to 8% of salary; Training Platform – Sicredi Aprende, offering diverse courses; 40-hour weekly workload – using a time-banking system; Remote Work Allowance (except for fully on-site positions). **Nice to meet you — we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution.
