Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend Development Specialist to lead the architecture and evolution of distributed systems, with a focus on scalability and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. As a **Backend Development Specialist**, we expect you to have solid experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture. Day-to-day, our primary stack is Golang; therefore, we seek someone who masters backend fundamentals and is ready to apply this knowledge within our stack (prior Go experience is not required, but willingness to master it is). This opportunity is for remote work under CLT employment regime, with a 40-hour weekly schedule. **Join us in helping companies manage their businesses simply and intelligently through technology!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the **definition and evolution of Bling’s distributed architecture**, focusing on scalability, reliability, and simplicity. * Design and validate technical solutions, ensuring **alignment among business needs, performance, and software sustainability**. * Act as a **technical mentor**, sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of developers and software engineers. * Conduct **code reviews, design reviews, and tech deep dives**, focusing on quality, performance, and security. * Support the implementation of **best practices in observability, automated testing, and DevSecOps**. * Collaborate with engineering leaders to **align technical strategy and innovation roadmap**. * Be an active voice in architecture forums, contributing to the company’s long-term technical vision. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced backend development experience (regardless of original language: PHP, Java, C#, Go, Python, etc.). * Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture and high-availability systems. * Practical experience with messaging and event systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS). * Experience with relational and non-relational databases in high-volume scenarios. * Mindset oriented toward Scalability and Resilience (Design Patterns, SOLID, DDD). * Openness and ease in working with Golang (it will be your primary tool).  **What Will Make You Stand Out:** * Prior production experience with Golang. * History of migrating monoliths to microservices. * Knowledge of Chaos Engineering or FinOps (cloud cost optimization). **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance or food allowance; Childcare assistance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Birthday day off; Life insurance; Wellhub; Vacations&Co (travel benefit); Zenklub (psychotherapy/nutritional counseling); 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; Flexible working hours; Education assistance and language assistance; Join us in helping companies manage their businesses simply and intelligently through technology!
