AWS Data Engineer | Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary: Work on migrating and modernizing data pipelines across multi-cloud environments (GCP, On-Premise to AWS), ensuring data governance and performance optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Migration and modernization of data pipelines to AWS 2. Collaboration with national and global technical and business teams 3. Optimization of pipeline performance, cost, and reliability . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Migrate data pipelines from GCP and On\-Premise to AWS; * Modernize data architecture using AWS managed services; * Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with global data standards; * Optimize pipeline performance, cost, and reliability; * Support migration of BI workloads and regulatory data (RECOF\-SPED). * Collaborate with national and global technical and business teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in data engineering and cloud environment migration; * Practical knowledge of AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, IAM, Lake Formation); * Prior experience with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage or similar); * Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data architecture modernization; * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Experience with On\-Premise environments and cloud migration processes; * Familiarity with data governance, security, and access control.
