Use of AI to optimize operational workflows An Information Technology Services company is seeking an Automation and DevOps Specialist in São Caetano do Sul. Tiviati is a company specializing in technology and innovation solutions. We offer services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and analyze metrics, logs, and service behavior on Azure, adjusting capacity and performance according to environment requirements. Develop and maintain scalable and secure APIs published in cloud environments, ensuring availability and reliability. Design automation technical solutions using RPA, scripts, and integrations connected to corporate and legacy systems. Utilize GitHub Copilot to accelerate the development of scripts, pipelines, automations, and APIs while maintaining coding best practices. Build, integrate, and maintain AI agents based on Model Context Protocol to optimize operational workflows. Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting troubleshooting analysis, solution standardization, and dissemination of best practices. Evaluate processes and workflows with the aim of automation, optimization, standardization, and reduction of rework. Participate in technical planning, scope tracking, deadlines, and budget management for assigned projects.
