Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs according to manufacturer standards, ensuring quality and safety. Use specialized tools and systems such as ATC 2\.0 and ODISS, and prepare estimates in collaboration with consultants. Tasks include wheel alignment, part replacement, recall campaigns, and maintaining a well-organized workplace in accordance with safety and sustainability standards. Focus on customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and customer retention. The professional must fulfill requests from their immediate supervisor and contribute to unit performance.
