Tiviati is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We offer services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and analyze metrics, logs, and service behavior in Azure, adjusting capacity and performance according to environment requirements. Develop and maintain scalable and secure APIs published in cloud environments, ensuring availability and reliability. Design automation technical solutions using RPA, scripts, and integrations connected to corporate and legacy systems. Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate the development of scripts, pipelines, automations, and APIs while maintaining coding best practices. Create, integrate, and maintain AI agents based on Model Context Protocol to optimize operational workflows. Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting troubleshooting analysis, solution standardization, and dissemination of best practices. Evaluate processes and workflows with the aim of automation, optimization, standardization, and reduction of rework. Participate in technical planning, scope tracking, deadlines, and budget management for projects under your responsibility.
