Assembly Supervisor (Electro-Electronic Equipment / Self-Service)

**About the position:** *We are seeking a professional with strong technical expertise and leadership experience to assume supervision of the electro-electronic equipment assembly area. This role will be responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, and organization in the assembly of equipment such as self-service terminals, smart safes, and industrial machines*. **Key responsibilities** * Lead the electro-electronic assembly team; * Plan and organize production activities within the assembly area; * Ensure quality standards, delivery deadlines, and productivity; * Directly participate in equipment assembly and validation when required; * Monitor equipment testing, startup, and functional validation; * Interface with engineering, production, and quality departments; * Implement process improvements (lean, standardization, reduction of rework); * Train and develop the technical team. **Mandatory requirements** * Technical education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields; * Proven experience in assembling electro-electronic equipment; * Experience assembling electronic enclosures, machines, or industrial equipment; * Prior experience leading teams; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings; * Knowledge of electrical testing and system operation. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with self-service equipment (self-checkout, terminals, smart safes); * Knowledge of system integration (hardware + software); * Familiarity with networks, communication, and automation; * Experience with industrial processes and continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing); • Field equipment startup experience.
