**What are we looking for?** We are seeking a Senior Software Architect with strategic vision and a consultative mindset to lead the innovation and artificial intelligence initiative within the Microsoft ecosystem. This professional will be the driving force behind designing modern architectures, harnessing the power of Copilot Studio and the Power Platform to transform business challenges into high-impact technological solutions. We seek someone who not only designs the "how", but also actively engages in prototyping, defining technical timelines, and interfacing directly with clients—ensuring AI solutions are perfectly aligned with a robust, scalable Microsoft environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead end-to-end technical architecture for AI-based development and prototyping projects. Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform to optimize processes and enhance user experience. Serve as a strategic technical liaison with clients, understanding their needs and proposing effective architectures within the Microsoft environment. Develop detailed technical schedules, effort estimates, and software delivery roadmaps. Build rapid prototypes (PoCs) to validate AI hypotheses and data integration. Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance for integration between Azure services and AI applications. Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring implementation fidelity to the designed architecture. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Software Architect or Solution Architect on end\-to\-end projects * In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure and Power Platform * Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to business contexts, including prototype (PoC) development * Knowledge of generative AI (e.g., copilots, LLMs, or intelligent automation) * Hands\-on experience developing and prototyping solutions * Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures * Familiarity with system and data integration in cloud environments * Ability to develop technical schedules, effort estimates, and roadmaps * Experience interfacing directly with clients in a consultative capacity * Skill in translating business needs into technical solutions * Experience in technical leadership and guiding development teams * Strong communication skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio * Experience in technology innovation projects * Microsoft certifications (Azure, Power Platform, or related) **Work Location: 100% remote** **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital evolution.
