Job Summary: The Geopixel is seeking a Business Analyst to work on requirements elicitation, assisted operations, training, and customer support, contributing to municipal management and planning. If you have experience in requirements elicitation, assisted operations, training, and customer support, join our team!! \#vempraGEO **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare the solution requirements package by identifying, describing, prioritizing, documenting, and communicating system requirements to the client and project team; * Conduct risk analysis of project and solution requirements, identifying and monitoring areas of uncertainty that may impact activity execution; * Provide input to enable the project manager to conduct scope change negotiations with the client; * Support the testing team in developing and executing functional tests in a controlled environment, documenting results to ensure fulfillment of solution acceptance criteria; * Monitor testing for validation of the solution delivered by the project; * Monitor client acceptance testing (homologation); * Deliver solution training to the client; * Monitor client operations (project-assisted operations); * Provide remote support to client operations, including clarification of doubts and technical assistance; * Support creation of an environment conducive to generating new business opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology Sciences, Earth Sciences, or related fields. Mandatory: Driver’s license, Category B / Willingness to travel. Desirable knowledge: * Familiarity with requirements elicitation and technical documentation; * Database (modeling); * Knowledge of characteristics, processes, products, services, and market of business domains; * Software applications; * Spatial data and formats (vector and raster); * Familiarity with geodatabases; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Intermediate English. **Additional Information** We are market leaders, serving dozens of city halls across Brazil and employing over 200 professionals committed to achieving outstanding results.
