Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze functional and technical requirements related to Salesforce-implemented solutions; * Design manual test scenarios and test cases based on user stories and functional specifications; * Execute functional tests, regression tests, integrated tests, and exploratory tests; * Validate functionalities developed on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other platform solutions); * Log, document, and track defects identified during testing; * Collaborate with developers and analysts to analyze and reproduce errors; * Support the team in validating fixes and performing retests; * Participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; * Contribute to continuous improvement of quality and testing processes within the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in manual software testing; * Experience or familiarity with testing in Salesforce environments; * Knowledge of designing test scenarios and test cases; * Experience in functional and regression testing; * Familiarity with defect and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar); * Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); * Ability to analyze requirements and identify relevant test scenarios; * Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud; * Basic understanding of Salesforce platform architecture (objects, fields, page layouts, flows); * Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and other systems; * Experience in CRM or digital transformation projects; * Certification or coursework related to software quality or Salesforce. **Additional Information** We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
