Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring the order lifecycle, scheduling deliveries, handling receipt acceptance, supporting return follow-up, as well as filling out spreadsheets and providing information to leadership and sales teams. Customer-focused and committed to process excellence **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities: Monitor the order lifecycle; Schedule product deliveries indicating shipment date; Monitor and respond promptly to customer feedback regarding delivery receipt acceptance; Support follow-up and recording of returns resulting from scheduling irregularities; Fill out daily activity spreadsheets and prepare reports to communicate performance indicators to leadership and sales management; Provide various updates to leadership and sales teams on scheduling-related activities; Identify opportunities to enhance process excellence and customer relationships. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proven experience in Logistics, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Customer Experience. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills; empathy, proactivity, good teamwork, and customer focus. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- CRM system knowledge is desirable. Customer service certification is desirable.
