Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst to gather and document requirements, specify functionalities, and collaborate with the development team to deliver low-complexity solutions. We count on you — a new talent eager to learn and innovate — to jointly continue building solutions that impact society and bring security. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** Systems Analysis * Gather and document information from end users to understand their needs and desired characteristics for LOW-complexity solutions (isolated functionalities) and translate them for developers; * Specify functional and non-functional software requirements; * Collaborate with the development team to understand specifications and define technical solutions; * Map processes and perform data modeling. * Create software diagrams using UML, documenting behaviors and structures of LOW-complexity software systems through diagrams, operation manuals, and other software engineering artifacts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Knowledge of object-oriented software analysis and design; * Knowledge of modeling using UML/SysML; * Knowledge of software engineering. **Desirable:** * Experience with Requirements Management tools; * Experience with Document Management tools; * Experience with Software Modeling tools. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Vila Olímpia – São Paulo – SP – Hybrid (3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote) **What We Offer:** Meal and Food Allowance – Swile credit card; Transportation Allowance.
