We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer and monitor IT infrastructure environments, primarily LINUX. * Configure, maintain, and enhance monitoring and observability solutions, focusing on Zabbix and Grafana. * Perform analysis and resolution of incidents. * Execute and automate operational routines using Shell and Python scripts. * Support performance, capacity, and availability analysis of environments. * Perform SQL database queries and analyses to support systems and monitoring. * Collaborate with development and support teams to assist in root cause analysis (RCA). * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation regarding environments, procedures, and monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in IT; * Knowledge of Zabbix (creation of items, triggers, templates, and alerts). * Experience with Grafana (dashboards, metrics, and visualizations). * Knowledge of SQL (queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting support). * Experience with Shell Scripting. * Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux (administration, logs, processes, and services). * Understanding of the OSI model and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, protocols). * Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities in infrastructure environments. **Desired Qualifications** * Knowledge of Python for automation and integrations. * Experience with log and observability tools. * Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V or similar). * Basic cloud knowledge (minimum required – e.g., familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Experience with ITIL or incident and problem management practices. **Additional Information** Want to learn about all our job openings?
