Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer to work on a digital transformation project in Digital Beauty, developing backend solutions in Kotlin/Java and collaborating in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a Senior Developer to join one of the largest digital transformation projects in the Digital Beauty market! You will be part of a multidisciplinary product Squad, comprising professionals from both CI\&T and the client, collaborating in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will participate in the Squad’s agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, demo, retrospective) and engage closely with leadership to align on technical challenges and growth opportunities. **Responsibilities:** Act as the team’s technical reference, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality deliveries. Develop backend solutions in Kotlin/Java and occasionally contribute to frontend development (preferably ReactJS) or other equivalent modern technologies. Actively participate in technical discussions, proposing simple, scalable solutions focused on user experience. Promote engineering best practices such as code reviews, pair programming, automated testing, and continuous monitoring. Support the team in incident analysis and issue resolution using data and metrics.
