You will work on a team where AI is not auxiliary: it is the medium. Your work involves maintaining and evolving knowledge extraction and transformation workflows using agents, evaluating and correcting generated artifacts, and contributing to an ecosystem where LLMs and tools like Claude Code sit at the core of development. ### **Your mission:** * Execute and validate artifacts generated in knowledge extraction and transformation workflows. * Identify and correct gaps in structured artifacts—null fields, inconsistent references, incorrect statuses. * Create and maintain AI agent behavior definitions (instruction files, system prompts) for each stage of the workflow. * Write Python scripts for data transformation, YAML normalization, and artifact validation. * Assist teams in reviewing and validating assets generated by agents and pipelines. * Review PRDs, epics, and AI-generated requirements documents using structured review checklists. * Maintain technical documentation: READMEs, CLAUDE.md entries, and skill references. ### **You need hands-on experience with:** **Technical fundamentals:** * Python for scripting and data processing (PyYAML, argparse, pathlib, json, pytest). * Structured data formats: YAML, JSON, and Markdown as your primary working mediums. * Spec-driven development. * Git: branching, PR review, semantic commits. * Clear and advanced English communication: written and verbal, for alignment with distributed teams and clients. **AI tools and ecosystem:** * Consistent use of AI-coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar in your daily workflow. * Consumption of LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar). * Model Context Protocol (MCP) and slash-commands / prompt-based operational interfaces. * Critical evaluation of AI outputs. **Senior-level capabilities:** * Diagnosing systemic failures in automated pipelines— tracing a class of errors to their root cause in the generator or schema, and fixing them in a data-agnostic way. * Designing new pipeline steps with well-defined input/output contracts. * Semantic evaluation of generated artifacts: not only structure, but fidelity to source. * Ability to guide and mentor team members on AI tool usage and workflows. ### **Nice-to-haves:** * Authorial experience with instruction design for AI agents—structured system prompts, skill definitions, and output evaluation as part of the delivery workflow. * Experience with Azure DevOps—work items, epics, REST API for writing. * Knowledge of Gherkin/BDD for test case generation and review. * Familiarity with automotive standards (STAR XML, OEM/SOAP/REST messaging). * Reading C# codebases for interface contract navigation. **Our benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal and food allowance; * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnerships with gyms and health & wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass, TotalPass); * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being; * Pregnancy and responsible parenting courses; * Partnerships with online course platforms; * Language learning platform; * And many more.
