Corporate Systems Integration and Handoff Orchestration Description: Responsible for developing and maintaining the integration layer that connects AI agents to TIM's systems and CRMs. The primary focus is building robust APIs, orchestrating complex data flows, and implementing seamless handoff mechanisms between AI and human support. Responsibilities include: developing RESTful APIs and connectors via the MCP protocol, deep integration with Billing and CRM systems (Salesforce/Amdocs), orchestration of micro-activities to support agents, and ensuring conversation context is preserved across asynchronous integrations.
