#### **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the fraud analyst team, defining goals, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring delivery of results. * Analyze transaction data and behavioral patterns to identify new fraud typologies and propose countermeasures. * Manage the performance of anti-fraud tools and systems, optimizing rules and models to maximize effectiveness. * Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to integrate fraud prevention solutions into the development lifecycle. * Prepare managerial reports and presentations on department performance, identified risks, and action plans. * Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies across multiple platforms and products. * Stay updated on digital fraud market trends and relevant regulations, adapting strategies as necessary. #### **Requirements** * Solid experience in digital fraud prevention, with focus on financial services. * Prior experience in leadership or coordination of fraud analysis teams. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Advanced Excel) and anti-fraud systems. * Strong knowledge of risk analysis methodologies and identification of fraudulent patterns. * Experience with testing methodologies (A/B testing, shadow rules). * Experience in defining and optimizing anti-fraud rules and predictive models (prior exposure to fraud engines). * Knowledge of LGPD and PCI DSS. * Ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights and effective strategies. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields. * Preferred qualifications: Python; CFE certification; AWS experience. #### **Skills** * Fraud Prevention * Anti-Fraud Team Management * Data Analysis (SQL) * Anti-Fraud Systems * Risk Management * Predictive Modeling * Process Optimization * Strategic Communication * Anti-Fraud Legislation ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Risk Management, Anti-Fraud Systems, Advanced Excel, Pattern Detection, Data Analysis, LGPD, Anti-Fraud Team Management, Advanced SQL, Predictive Modeling, AWS ### **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance: Total value of R$ 740, Unimed health plan, Life insurance, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), MoreCare allowance of R$ 200, Access to SESC club ### **Department:** Operations
