OPME Commercial Assistant

Description

This professional will be responsible for supporting commercial routines, assisting with quotations, negotiations, and opportunity tracking, as well as monitoring surgical schedules received from hospitals, health insurers, and representatives. Their work will directly contribute to sales conversion, market share expansion, and operational smoothness throughout the entire commercial process. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations, prepare and send surgical material proposals via email and portals * System registration: enter quotations into the VIMAN system, generating commercial indicators and reports * Opportunity tracking: monitor ongoing quotations and support customer follow-up * Support for representatives: assist with authorization requests, scheduling, and sales progress * Surgical schedule management: track received schedules and enter them into the system for material release * Commercial analysis: support commercial analyses focused on sales conversion and opportunity utilization **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related fields * Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial routines, preferably in the healthcare sector * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of OPME **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Pharmaceutical allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Wellhub (wellness program) * Birthday day off Salary: R$1\.650,00 per month Work location: On-site
